Client Solutions Engineer

YourStake provides the #1 rated tools financial advisors need to provide personalization and values alignment to their clients’ investments, using the latest AI technology. We offer advisors a suite of tools that bring time efficiencies and insights to client prospecting, reporting, and portfolio analytics. We also help with investment research and portfolio optimization to provide scalable personalization for clients.

We are looking for:

• An engineer who can maintain and update our document extraction and analytics capabilities.

• An engineer who can develop rapid-response fixes to bugs encountered by customers.

• An engineer who can interface with customers around bug fixes and feature updates. 

• BONUS: A person with a strong data engineering background who can help us add and maintain our repository of financial data from disparate sources.

Technical Requirements:

• python

• Pandas

• Experience and/or passion for working with LLM and AWS APIs

• Demonstrates a commitment to accuracy

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with clients and prospects
