The opportunity:
As a Customer Experience Associate at Go1 France, you will play a crucial role in driving customer value through client engagement, adoption, and care. Accountable for customer satisfaction and retention, you will assist our client base in getting the most out of our solutions and increase the lifetime value of the customers assigned to your portfolio. Your interest in customer relationship management will be essential as you will support clients through the Go1 Customer Journey and retain the customers you will be trusted with.
