The Data Management Specialist, functioning as a Data Scientist within our team, plays a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of data models for marketing purposes. This position involves close collaboration with the Marketing Operations lead to analyze data, build models for propensity to buy, churn prediction, customer lifetime value prediction, and provide insights for targeting and lead scoring. By doing so, you will contribute significantly to the enhancement of our marketing strategies and operational efficiency.

Your role in our future:

1.Lead the Development and Implementation of Data Models:

  • Develop and implement data models for prospect targeting and lead scoring.
  • Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract meaningful insights from data.

2.Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align data-driven strategies with business goals.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing campaigns.

3.Integrate Data Insights into Marketing Operations:

  • Enhance lead management and digital sales functions by integrating data insights.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between marketing systems and analytics platforms.

4.Model Creation for Lead Maturity and Next Best Buy Opportunities:

  • Create predictive models to assess lead maturity and identify next best buy opportunities.
  • Continuously refine and improve these models based on performance feedback.

5.Data Quality and Accuracy:

  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of data used in model building and analysis.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to maintain data integrity.

Your profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data modeling, machine learning, and analytics.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a data science team.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations and lead management processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as python, R, or SQL.
