Purpose of Position

The Director, Project Management will establish and lead EdReports' Project Management function at a pivotal moment in the organization's product transformation. Reporting to the Chief of Staffwho functions as the Chief of Program Management across the organizationthis role will operate as a senior delivery and operating-model leader, partnering closely with the Managing Director of Product Management and other senior leaders.

As the first hire for this team, the Director will help stand up the Review Design Innovation teamone of EdReports' first formal product teamsand will play a central role in translating organizational strategy into coordinated, reliable delivery. This leader will both do the workleading complex, cross-functional initiativesand teach the work by building shared understanding, systems, and practices that enable empowered teams to inform executive decision-making.

Over the next year, the Director will hire, develop, and lead a team of Project Managers who steward delivery, embedded Product Operations, and transparency across EdReports' product and program portfolio.

• Establish and lead the Project Management function, including defining standards, tools, and operating rhythms that support a product-led, learning-driven delivery model.
• Partner closely with the Managing Director of Product Management and product leaders to translate strategy, roadmaps, OKRs, and governance decisions into clear delivery commitments.
