Our technical stack comprises various systems, primarily focused on the following technologies:

• AI: Langchain, Cloud Vision API (DetectWebEntities)
• Application Development: React with TypeScript, React Native and Expo
• Backend and Infrastructure: Supabase, CloudRun and Cloud Build, Vercel

We're in the thick of developing our MVP, eyeing a roadmap towards production workloads. As we progress, expect our tech stack to evolve, aiming for enhanced quality and security.

The technology scope includes all stacks and services (APIs and client side application) responsible for providing a seamless experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the founding teams to refine proposed solutions and structuring their architecture and design. 
• Efficiently break up complex system designs and guide the new team members in detailed component design. Help the team to implement, deploy and monitor systems and services. 
• Propose and adopt best engineering practices and guide development standards. 
• Foster a growth mindset culture together. Be a team player. Contribute to and follow team processes for better sprint outcomes. 
• Use sound technical judgment to consider technology alternatives, impact on affected and adjacent systems, and design choice tradeoffs. 
• Provide timely communication to stakeholders and users for resolving issues.Job Requirements

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience.
• Proven experience in product development.
• Prior experience working in a startup environment.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Proficiency in python and React with TypeScript.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to say no when needed.
• Experience with framework and with related technologies like React, FastAPI or Langchain.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with working in an Agile environment. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. 
• Knowledge of Supabase, CloudRun, Cloud BuildGraphQL, and REST Frameworks. 
• Experience with React Native and Expo.

The company has raised $1.5M+ from prominent investors, including ex-Forever21 president, ex-Sony execs, athlete celebrities, unicorn resale marketplace co-founders, and Orange Fund (YC Alumni fund), among others. The founders are both from Japan:

• Datz (CEO, based in SF) is the first fashion YouTuber in Japan with over 1M total views
• Shin (CTO, based in Japan) is an experienced full-stack developer and two-time founder.

Although the HQ is in SF, we operate in a fully remote work environment, with technical hiring led by Shin, hence leaning more towards the JST time zone. We are highly committed to building something new on a global scale that will change people’s behavior.
