You are a Growth Engineer - and want to have a direct impact on GROWTH ?

You want to be the magician for the Marketing Team and build a Badass Marketing Machine for each steps of AARRR model

We are looking for our Top Gun Growth Engineer

  • A doer who can own funnel building and optimisation from A to Z
  • Analytical mind & Data Driven
  • Hacker mind & out of the box thinker

Your main mission will be to act as a bridge between Marketing and Engineering and to help the Marketing teams increase their number of leads, in any way you possibly can, using growth hacking techniques or through your obsession with tracking and conversion optimization.

Your engineering talent to business-oriented challenges ranging from acquisition, sales process, conversion and product adoption. You will help accelerate our growth

You will translate business requirements into effective tech ideas and implement them, either by carrying out custom developments, no code tools, and build complex funnels from scratch.

You will envision and build changes that drive new acquisition and revenue growth!

You will be the OWNER of the complete AARRR funnel.

🎯 YOUR 5 MAIN MISSIONS

1. Create, redesign, integrate and optimize marketing funnels

KPI : You own 100% of all technical & development required for the Sales, Growth and marketing department.

  • Brainstorm, draw complex funnels and your mission is to bring it to life.
  • Webinars setup
  • Build microsites / Landing page / Sales page / Order forms on Clickfunnels & Webflow

2. Build a Fu… Marketing Machine for each steps of AARRR model

  • Build strong marketing automation (e.g. trigger actions depending on the actions of the prospects/clients, sending relevant, personalized emails depending on users segmentation).
  • Improve the SEO performance through the implementation of technical optimisation
  • Create automated audiences for acquisition campaigns
  • Use various growth tools and APIs to automate processes for all members of our acquisition team
  • Implement scraping methods

3. Implement & Optimise Data Tracking

  • Set up tracking tools (Google Analytics, Pixels, A/B Tasty…)
  • Create or edit javascript/php scripts
  • Set up split tests (A/B) to improve the conversation (lead, sale…)
  • Implement a lead scoring system.

4. Create the automatic dashboard and reporting for Marketing, Sales & Social Media department : Own all data visualization

  • Create clear dashboards to track key metrics for all departments
  • Implement algolia in our internal CRM with the back-end Node.js developer to make it so easy to find relevant customer datas
  • Build dashboard using SQL and data viz tools
  • Work with the frond-end dev Vue.js to improve internal tools when it’s related to marketing

5. Unify siloed customer data & Sync Marketing data across platform

We need reliable data to make the best decisions.

  • Setup Integromat or custom micro services ( node.js ) to properly flow data between each tool
  • Automate workflows
  • You make sure we have a comprehensive overview of our users, prospects and clients

You will then take ownership of our current and future marketing tech stack implementation.  You’ll have the freedom to choose the tools you think are the best to reach the SKY!

  • We create our own tools on Vue.js / React.js and Node.js/Php back-end to sync data across platforms about the customer and visualise their journey and dashboards

  • Hubspot
  • Active Campaign - Manychat
  • Integromat - Airtable - Notion
  • Slack
  • GA / GTM
