Your Gig: Agency Operations Manager. Sounds fancy, right? Basically, you'll be keeping our ship sailing smooth. That means handling our freelancers (a mixed bag of talents), keeping our clients happy (and hopefully, coming back for more), and streamlining our processes (so we don't trip over our own feet).

What You'll Be Doing:

 • Freelancer Herding: You'll manage our freelancers. It's like herding cats, but you're the cat whisperer. Your job is to make sure they deliver and our clients don't freak out.

 • Client Charming: You're the go-to person for our clients. If they're smiling, we're smiling.

 • Process Tinkering: We have processes, but some are as old as the internet. You'll fix them, make new ones, basically make sure we're not stuck in the '90s.

 • Team Tango: Work with the team. It's a group effort, and you're part of the band now.

What You Need:

 • Been around the block in agency life.

 • You get what we're trying to do here (growth, but not the boring kind).

 • You can juggle projects and people without dropping the ball.
