Operate promotional activities to optimize Product usage and personalized actions at key lifecycle stages to maximize customer value.   Lead, mentor, and empower a team of CRM & promotions experts, effectively manage team resources and prioritize activities to ensure maximum efficiency.    ~ Partner with Data teams to implement measuring plans, identify Product insights, and run player analysis   You have at least 5 years' experience in Marketing/communication/CRM  You have proven analytical skillset, capable of translating data insights into actionable plans  You possess strong project management and coordination skills  And finally, you are fluent in spoken and written English.
