Marketplace Content Specialist - German speaker

With hundreds of new salons being added to Treatwell every month, the Marketplace Content team is responsible for creating and optimising these profiles to attract customers to the marketplace and allow a salon to easily manage its business. Pretty cool, right?

You’ll be connected to all areas of the business from Supply and Customer Experience to Product and Technology to ensure our salon pages are created and maintained with all the relevant information.

Reporting to one of the Marketplace Content Team Managers, you’ll be working in an international team where we enjoy the opportunity to work and learn together.

You will be responsible to:

• Create salon profiles for our marketplace which includes a price list, opening hours, venue description, photography, etc.
• Revise your own work and action quality peer checks before publishing information online
• Adhere to Treatwell’s ‘tone of voice’ and ‘brand’ guidelines
• Develop new skills in our CRM tool - Salesforce to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process
• Support our product teams and other internal stakeholders with translation/transcreation
• Identify and oversee new improvements to be made to support the team in automating and continually improving processes

About you:

• Fluent in German (both written and verbally) with a high level of English.
• Highly reactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Critical thinker, seeking opportunities to solve problems and identify efficient ways of working
• Self-motivated with loads of initiative and curiosity
• A meticulous eye for detail with strong organisational skills, able to work towards tough deadlines
