Product Designer (Temporary)

Candidate requirements These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role. ~4+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on design systems ~ Web3 experience required ~ Proven experience working on fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency products ~ Strong understanding of financial user flows, data visualization, and complex transactional interfaces ~ Familiarity with front-end development concepts and component-based architectures ~ Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools ~ Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions ~ Low ego and open-mindedness ~ Located in Europe ideally. Open to North America EST Job responsibilities Help create and maintain new product lines and features Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless implementation of design system components and product flows Collaborate with product designers to develop and evolve our design system Create and maintain Figma libraries, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our design process Be responsible for owning your deliverables and ensuring they continue to meet Maple's standard of execution Actively engage with a small team, taking ownership of and strategically planning projects for lasting impact
