Do you love challenges?

As Quality Assurance and Risk Manager in the field of Delivery Assurance for SAP and ServiceNow Project and Managed Services, you will be responsible for:

■ Collaborating with NTT DATA regions to conduct risk and quality assessments for new and existing large customer engagements, ensuring SAP and ServiceNow-specific risks are addressed. 

■Providing feedback on the Deal Governance process to ensure that new projects and services meet agreed standards and quality expectations. 

■ Supporting Red/Amber projects by developing and executing "Back to Green" action plans, including internal management reporting.

■ Managing customer escalations: working withregions to define the correct escalation path, supporting de-escalation managers, addressing root causes, and restoring customer confidence. 

■ Defining, together with the regions, the necessary quality checks for SAP and ServiceNow services to ensure quality, speed and profitability

Convince us with your potential!

Your 10 years of work experience in Delivery Assurance, Project and / or Services Management  proves your:

■ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

■ Expertise in SAP and ServiceNow within complex enterprise environments

■ Proven delivery assurance skills, supported by certification (e.g. Six Sigma)

■ Strong proejct/service management and leadership abilities

■ Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach

■ Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders

■ Commitment to continuous improvement, attention to detail, and adaptability under pressure

■ Knowledge of IT standards and regulations (ISO 9001, CMMI, GDPR)
