AppZen is hiring a Regional VP of Sales to lead and scale our enterprise B2B SaaS sales for AP Automation and Expense Management. This role drives revenue, manages a team of Enterprise Account Directors and Enterprise Account Executives, and builds strategic client relationships. The Regional VP will oversee a $50M+ book of business that includes many large and strategic accounts across the Fortune 1000. In addition to new customer acquisition, the role is responsible for maintaining high renewal rates and driving cross- and upsell growth across AppZens expanding portfolio, including our Agentic AI and other enterprise applications. Ideal candidates are proven sales leaders with experience in high-growth environments, deep expertise in the enterprise sales cycle, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue, meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Manage and expand a $50M+ book of business with large, strategic Fortune 1000 accounts
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Directors and Enterprise Account Executives
  • Maintain high renewal rates and maximize cross- and upsell opportunities across the AppZen portfolio, including Agentic AI applications
  • Build and execute strategic revenue and territory plans
  • Forge long-term client partnerships, engaging at the C-Suite level
  • Lead QBRs, pipeline management, and deal strategy
  • Analyze market trends and advise on strategic shifts


Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in enterprise software sales; 5+ years managing teams of senior sellers (Account Directors and Account Executives)
  • Expertise in SaaS finance solutions, ideally AP and Expense Management
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing large, strategic enterprise accounts
  • Strong C-level communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
  • Contract negotiation and forecasting experience
  • Willingness to travel; Bachelors degree required, MBA a plus
