To strengthen our regional footprint, we are seeking a distinguished Sales Manager for the Central & Eastern Europe Region. This role calls for a poised, strategic, and relationship driven professional - someone who embodies our brand values and possesses the ability to cultivate trust and long-term engagement across a sophisticated market landscape. 

 

 

Your missions: 

 

1. Champion the L-Acoustics Brand Across the Region 

Be the ambassador of our heritage and vision. 

  • Represent the L-Acoustics identity with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. 

  • Build strong internal relationships and foster alignment across international teams.

2. Strengthen Territory Coverage & Cultivate Meaningful Engagement 

Your presence will open doors and create lasting connections. 

  • Travel extensively to nurture strategic customer relationships and expand your network. 

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities across end users, rental companies, production partners, and venues. 

  • Engage in key regional rental and live event projects to secure strategic wins.

A deeper market presence, enhanced trust, and a refined pipeline built on quality opportunities. 

 

 

3. Deliver Flawless Sales Execution & Sustainable Growth 

Approach every commercial interaction with precision and excellence. 

  • Drive the achievement of regional sales objectives with a strong focus on the Rental market. 

  • Manage sales orders and backlog with rigor and transparency. 

  • Produce accurate, timely quotations and guide channel partners throughout the sales cycle.

Consistent revenue growth, elevated customer responsiveness, and strengthened market leadership. 

 

 

4. Empower Partners & Distributors to Excel 

Raise the standards. Inspire performance. 

  • Assess partner performance against market potential. 

  • Develop strategic improvement plans where necessary. 

  • Maintain impeccable CRM data to support reliable forecasting.

Higherperforming distributors, optimized territory coverage, and dependable sales visibility. 

 

 

5. Enhance Market Visibility & Showcase Our Innovations 

Bring our products to life with elegance and authority. 

  • Organize sophisticated, value driven product demonstrations. 

  • Support regional marketing events, particularly around Rental focused applications. 

  • Share thoughtful market insights and best practices during internal commercial exchanges.

Greater brand awareness, stronger lead generation, and enriched market intelligence. 

 

 

6. Contribute to Strategic Budgeting & Executive Reporting 

Bring clarity, foresight, and strategic depth. 

  • Participate in structuring annual budgets for end users outside the Certified Provider network. 

  • Provide concise, high-quality reporting on visits, weekly priorities, and market developments.

7. Ensure a Seamless, High Quality Customer Experience 

Deliver excellence at every touchpoint. 

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Application Engineering, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain teams. 

  • Guarantee a refined customer journey from initial consultation to project delivery.

Smooth project execution, elevated client satisfaction, and sustainable long-term relationships. 

 

 

The Regional Sales Manager is expected to bring us the following skills and experience:  

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with sales in commercial Audio/video Sales (and or integrated systems) with a proven track record 

  • Experience with channel management of systems integrators and distributors 

  • Central & Eastern Europe regional experience 

  • Candidate must be energetic, self-motivated, self-propelled and possess a desire to win. 

  • Outstanding organization and follow-up skills.  

  • Ability to sell premium products based on features and benefits 

  • A knowledge of Rental market is preferred.  

  • Some knowledge of Audio/Video design and application would be a plus. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business is considered a plus. 

  • Proficient in English 

 

 

Location: willingness, and capacity to travel in the region. Travel is expected to be 35–50%.
