We operate 2 business lines:

  1. Sales Engagement with our flagship product lemlist, generating $27M ARR and growing over 40% year over year

  2. Personal Branding with Taplio & Tweet Hunter, generating $5M ARR

We’re looking for a sales expert obsessed with turning their hard-won lessons into content that empowers thousands.

Your mission:

Turn sales know-how into standout content that makes lemlist the go-to brand for modern sales teams.

You won’t just write about the product — you’ll create playbooks and methods that help reps crush quota and feel unstoppable.

Think of it like this: you're not here to market software. You're here to make our target audience better at their craft, and show them exactly how to win
 using our tools.

You’ll report to our CMO and work hand-in-hand with Growth & Product Marketing, always close to the field.

What you’ll do (but everything can be challenged and defined together!)

đŸŽ„ Webinars

  • Host and organize monthly webinars with sales leaders and top performers. Create real FOMO and deliver tactical takeaways people can use the next day.

đŸ› ïž Workflows & UGC

  • Create highly actionable content showcasing the latest prospecting workflows (e.g., how to connect lemlist to other tools to supercharge personalization or enrichment). Whenever possible, leverage content directly from our community of power users.

đŸ“ș YouTube

  • Partner with our video team to create “how-to” and educational content that’s as binge-worthy as it is practical.

đŸ€ IRL Sales Events

  • Plan and run in-person breakfasts, afterworks, or meetups to bring our sales community together, share best practices, and build real connections. In France but also in Europe and in the US, leveraging partners.

đŸ’„ Co-Marketing Partnerships

  • Launch co-marketing campaigns with complementary tools and brands to amplify reach and create new growth opportunities.

📚 Playbooks & Benchmarks

  • Build annual guides, reports, and benchmarks that position lemlist as the ultimate authority on outbound sales.

💬 Social Media

  • Repurpose big pieces of content into snackable, scroll-stopping posts for our different social networks.

Who you are

  • A seller at heart: Ideally, you’ve been an SDR or AE and know the reality of prospecting — the grind, the cold calls, the late-night follow-ups. But if not, you’ve worked closely with sales teams, you’re passionate about the craft, and you think like a seller. Maybe you are a sales influencer who lives to share insights, or an outbound account manager at an agency ready to channel your expertise into content that inspires thousands.

  • A born educator: You love breaking complex ideas down into simple, actionable steps. You enjoy teaching and inspiring.

  • Hands-on content maker: From writing emails and posts to scripting videos, you roll up your sleeves and get in the trenches. You have your own podcast, you’re making videos on youtube, have a newsletter


  • Active on LinkedIn: You already share ideas, tips, and opinions with your audience (ideally ~4K followers with strong engagement. But not mandatory, you can start your influencer journey with us!)

  • Wildly creative: You come up with angles and campaigns that make people stop and say, “Wow. I need to try that.”

  • AI-curious: You’re not afraid to experiment with AI tools to move faster and smarter.

  • Sales-tech savvy: You know the salestech landscape inside out. You’re active in sales communities and keep up with trends.

  • Organized & reliable: You can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.

What you’ll achieve

Within 3 months:

  • Deliver your first standout content initiatives around key lemlist USPs (deliverability, multichannel outreach, AI personalization
) or major product launches (e.g., in-app calls, WhatsApp prospecting, CRM workflows).

  • Create a piece of content with exceptional engagement metrics (e.g., a lead magnet that goes viral on LinkedIn).

Within 12 months:

  • Build and scale a content engine that fuels acquisition and activation consistently.

  • Become a trusted voice of lemlist for sales teams, known for actionable content that drives measurable business impact.

  • Grow your own audience as a thought leader in the sales community.
