This role owns the full proposal lifecyclefrom pre-RFP strategy and qualification through submission, finalist presentations, and post-submission follow-upensuring alignment with growth objectives and revenue targets.This position is accountable for accelerating RFP throughput while elevating overall proposal sophistication, positioning, and win probability. The Senior Manager leads cross-functional coordination across Trade, Underwriting, Clinical, Network Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Sales to develop compelling, compliant, and analytically rigorous responses.
