(Senior) Product Manager (3 months contract)

As a Sr Product Manager, you will drive our Patient Experience and Patient Support Programs. In this role, you will execute the product roadmap for our patient-facing applications, supporting our Clinical Routine and Remote Patient Monitoring Solutions, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience that aligns with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology, patient experience, and product management, with a proven track record of driving innovation and delivering exceptional user-centric solutions.

Your Responsibilities

1. Product Lifecycle Management: Develop and execute product roadmap for Patient Experience programs, oversee product lifecycle, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, medical, design, engineering, and regulatory teams to identify needs, implement solutions, and ensure compliance

3. Patient Engagement: Create engaging app experiences and implement features for better data collection

4. Innovation: Foster continuous improvement and stay current with healthcare technology trends

5. Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor performance metrics and analyze user feedback to optimize products

6. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and effectively communicate roadmaps to internal and external partners

2️⃣ Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as sciences, healthcare administration, human-computer interaction, business, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, with a focus on healthcare technology and patient experience.

• Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, patient needs, and market trends.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for healthcare technology products.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience managing complex product development projects, including budgeting, timeline management, and risk mitigation.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools for product development and project management.
