What we offer you, on a daily basis, as our Social Media Manager
You’re joining the Product Team (yes!) and more precisely our Product Marketing team. We are in the Social Media eco-system, building a comprehensive Social Media Management platform, and you, as our Social Media Manager, will play a key role in our Product team.
The components of the role
- Pushing product communication to our Audience (leading to feature activation)
- Nurturing the product team with eco-system knowledge and expertise
- Setting up a Social Media Strategy that is measurable
You will succeed at pushing communication to our audience by:
- Being the voice of the product and the company on social media to effectively communicate our positioning and value proposition.
- Creating our own case studies (Social Media ROI, Advocacy, etc.) - fully use our features and extract the best insights for valuable lessons and assets.
- Improve the discoverability of our features through our social media audience, generate adoption, and then facilitate the creation of case studies (virtuous circle).
- Communicate about the product and its behind-the-scenes (Brand Awareness outcome).
You will help building the best Product by:
- Being the voice of the Community Manager ecosystem and contribute to the product based on its understanding of the ecosystem's needs.
- Regularly communicating your needs/problems as a Social Media Manager to the product team.
- Organizing events with community managers to talk to them, learn from their challenges, give product teams a unique opportunity for product discovery.
- Integrating or creating groups of CMs from our specific ICPs to gather qualitative information about their issues.
You will bring to the table a successful Social Media Strategy by:
- Defining clear outcome from your Social Media Strategy.
- Making it measurable. At agorapulse, we firmly believe that Social Media should not be only a Brand Awareness asset. It should bring measurable results.
- Coordinating our Social Media presence in line with our company strategy
- Define & execute our publishing & Community Management strategy
🌟About you
- you are located in France or Canada
- you are bilingual - French / English
- you have 2+ years of experience at managing Social Media
- you love doing and have an entrepreneur mindset
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.

- you have an experience in SaaS BtoB
- you've been using Agorapulse already
