Financial Systems Manager - Coupa

The Financial Systems Manager - Coupa will be responsible for assisting the Financial Systems team in owning the implementation and continuous development of Coupa. In addition to that primary responsibility, they will assist in development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of critical in-scope applications for the Finance and Accounting teams. Reporting to the Senior Director, GTM & Financial Systems, the Financial Systems Manager will lead and deliver various performance improvement projects at Dataiku.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and continuously improving Dataiku’s Coupa instance
• Building and maintaining critical system infrastructure supporting Dataiku’s year over year growth plans
• Developing, documenting, and maintaining ITGC’s over in-scope applications
• Identifying and deliver on automation opportunities
• Assisting with the launching of new products and services within the PTP processes
• Project managing multiple cross functional projects amongst stakeholders within Accounting and Finance as well as external teams stakeholders
• Maintaining a service first approach for business partners
• Core development of applications including:
• Documenting business requirements
• Leading development work
• Testing development work
• Documenting sign-off
• Pushing into production
• Communicate changes in processes to key stakeholders across the organization
• Assisting in defining and creation of training documentation and updating relevant policy and procedure documentation
• Liaise with Dataiku teams to identify and define system modifications
• Work cross functionally with respective teams within Dataiku to help scale the business and drive success

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree is preferred in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Financial Systems or related fields

Compensation and Benefits

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.

$105,000—$120,000 USD
