Global Communications Intern m/f/d

Do you love music, pop culture, and entertainment and want to take your first step into communications and PR? Do you have a relevant background and education in marketing, comms, project management, or a similar field? Are you fluent in English, both oral and written? Deezer is looking for a full-time intern to support the external communications team at its headquarters in Paris, France, for a 6-month period starting in mid-September. The role will focus on supporting global communications activities, including press and media relations.

What you will do:

• Assist and collaborate with the global communications team in their ambition to increase share of voice across earned media
• Participate in the development and execution of PR plans for Deezer’s various projects such as product news, campaigns, events and many more
• Support the team with regular research on the streaming industry and pop culture to support the development of creative communications activities
• Assist the team on day-to-day operations such as preparation of press materials (e.g.drafting press releases), communication with agencies and internal stakeholders and regular PR reportings 
• Participate in meetings and projects together with Deezer’s UK and US based PR agencies.
