Descriptif du poste
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Developer to lead the expansion of our digital PCR solutions, focusing on the Nio™ system, within Belgium & Netherlands. This individual will be at the forefront of promoting and selling our cutting-edge products, developing new leads, and increasing Stilla’s brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow sales
* Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the genomics field.
* Generate new leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and product promotions.
* Provide product demonstrations and training to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of Stilla’s digital PCR solutions.
- Attend and organize conferences, workshops, and seminars to promote Stilla’s products.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
Package: 75/90 K base salary / depending on experience + 30K/40K annual target bonus quarterly paied based on revenu goals + car allowance
Profil recherché
- Experience: Proven track record in selling genomics equipment or related scientific instruments.
- Skills: Strong business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to create and foster client relationships.
* Background: Academic or professional background in genomics or molecular biology.
* Personality: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and capable of working independently to drive business goals.
* Company Fit: Enjoys working in rapidly growing company environment and can take ownership of initiatives.
