Solution Architect - Varicent

Job Description

Dynatrace is searching for an experienced Solutions Architect who is a subject matter expert with Varicent ICM. You will have the opportunity to partner with and assist multiple stakeholders on the journey of creating a seamless user experience. 

The hiring manager for the role will be based in the US, so we are happy to offer a fully remote working model for this position.  

Key responsibilities - 

• Partner with business owners and technical team to understand business requirements, provide optional design solutions, including proper documentation.
• Provide Varicent expertise related to application architecture, data model, integration, security, compliance, and analytics.
• Assess Varicent current state of architecture and configuration and recommend solution design options for technical and functional system design and performance enhancements
• Provide visionary solutions to compensation modeling focused on simplification of current state architecture and no-touch automation
• Collaborate with multiple application delivery teams to provide compensation guidance for integrations and data feeds.
• Deliver Varicent application solutions in accordance with application SDLC, and with data quality as a primary focus.
• Participate in agile application development process; sprint planning, user story creation, story estimation, solution and technical documentation, release planning and execution.
• Recommend platform, third party, and technologies to solve complicated business requirements, utilizing best practices.
• Support business operations teams with enablement of projects releases
• Document solution release step details (change controls, data migrations, and step by step order of operations) required to enable delivery manager to release changes to production. Improve release management process and tools across development pipeline.
