Job Description

As Training & Implementation Specialist, you will develop, deliver, and maintain the training program for new hires and end users while leading the implementation activities at new sites in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clinical support, sales leadership, and internal resources to create clinical & sales training curriculum and materials.
  • Launch new sites and support assigned Clinical Development Specialist
  • Implement and monitor KPI’s to track launch success and effectiveness of training
  • Ensure all in-service/training activities for new, existing, or potential accounts comply with training guidelines and regulatory documentation/processes
  • Work with other departments, especially the Quality team to escalate customer complaints.
  • Ensure that data from interventions and customer feedback are collected and passed on to the appropriate departments (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Clinical, QARA, …).
  • Participate in Market Development meetings and quarterly business reviews as appropriate.
  • Stay current on the latest clinical data relating to Interventional Oncology, competition, medical robotics, and Quantum Surgical products.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Clinical, etc.).
  • Assist in the organization of Skills Labs, Customer Site Visit programs, Webinars, Quantum Surgical Robotics team training, remote, digital, and other special events.
  • Maintain successful customer relations by developing efficient procedures and strategies.
  • Contribute to technical documentation according to the current standards.
  • Support the Clinical Development Specialist Team when needed.

Profile

Required

  • You have an Engineering degree, Biomedical degree or equivalent related to medical fields.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Clinical Support role.
  • You have Experience in the IR suite or operating room.
  • You have trained physicians and staff on the use of medical devices
  • You have a good knowledge and understanding of medical imaging.
  • You are concise and articulate communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • You can work autonomously.
  • You are highly proficient in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

  • You have experience in a clinical environment with robotic or ablation technology.
