Application Engineer

L-Acoustics is seeking a skilled Application Engineer to represent our brand within the Fixed Installation and Touring Market in Germany. This role involves providing technical expertise, system design, training, and on-site support to consultants, integrators, venue owners, and end users. You will play a key role in market development by maintaining relationships with industry professionals and ensuring the highest level of technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent L-Acoustics in the Fixed Installation and Touring Market by maintaining and developing relationships with key consultants and engineers.
• Support market development through outstanding technical expertise for consultants, integrators, and end users.
• Provide sound system theory, practice, and safe operation training development and administration.
• Design, specify, and document sound system installations.
• Conduct on-site commissioning, measurement, and verification of sound systems.
• Perform acoustical and mechanical verification/measurement on-site.
• Deliver training sessions, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Provide technical support for products, applications, safe operation, and software.
• Prepare written technical mission reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Acoustics, Audio Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in professional audio, system design, and live sound engineering.
• Proficiency in L-Acoustics Soundvision, LA Network Manager, and other system design tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally.
