What you will do?

• Assume end-to-end responsibility for Applications and their lifecycle Management.As the application owner you are responsible for all aspects of the application from selecting and rolling out the application, managing the application and finally again removing/sunsetting the application. Together we define the applications (web based, SaaS) you will be responsible for.
• “Support the Business Owners in the different Departments and be the PoC and subject matter expert for the Application ”As you are an expert in application Mgmt, you support our internal Departments/Teams, create support documentation for the them to act on. With your experience gained you help us to get 100% out of the applications and help improve our operations.
• Processes & DocumentationYou take care of documentation, aligning with suppliers and creating documentation around the application. You oversee the relationship with the supplier, manage contracts and make sure the tools are compliant and match with the companies needs.

Who you are:

• Strong experience in IT project management and background in IT Engineering; good commercial awareness and experience communicating with Vendors
• Strong understanding of concepts and procedures in IT (lifecycle) management; experience or certification with ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus
• Experience with technical writing/documentation and process management
• Excellent oral and written communication / presentation skills
• Excellent ability to coordinate complex projects between various Departments, internal/external Stakeholders, Teams and 3rd party suppliers
• Excellent oral and written communication in English
