Who we're looking for

Standing strong with an already established Process and Project Excellence team, you'll take on the role of Finance Business Transformation Manager. As you will be leading several business transformation projects, including but not limited to ERP and system implementations, you will step right into the heart of Pleo and get the responsibility to ensure our strategic projects are executed successfully and with the impact expected.

Reporting to our Senior Director of Business Transformation Manager, we would like to see that you:

• Have successfully led complex, strategic and financial projects (ERP & System Implementations) with strong program management execution bias and ability to drive initiatives to completion.
• Knowledge on NetSuite, Zonebilling, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Papaya and Pigment is an advantage.
• Hold a track record of successfully leading & delivering multiple projects at the same time
• Have solid change management expertise - you will have worked with cross-functional teams and orchestrated end-to-end change management execution
• Have experience in continuous business improvement and have a ‘hands-on’ track record of designing strategy & implementing successful deployments including any tools, systems and methodologies change
• Have previous experience in SaaS & Fintech businesses.
• Are biased to take initiative, are passionate and an independent thinker who can contribute to key discussions (we want to take lead on making the changes we need!)
• Are able to communicate recommendations to senior management, other executive, functional, or regional staff and management in a clear, concise and impactful way
• Provide structure and solve business problems, collaborating and coordinating with a range of internal & external stakeholders to make recommendations on a wide range of business issues
• Contribute to our continuous improvement of our Process and Project Excellence Frameworks.
