Within Sustainability direction, you will be part of the AXA Research Fund (AXA RF) Team. AXA RF is AXA’s global philanthropy initiative dedicated to supporting innovative, scientific research on key global risks, and disseminating outcomes to inform private and public decision making. With over €M250 commitment since its launch in 2007, it has supported over 720 projects led by scientists of 60 nationalities, in over 340 leading academic institutions.

Your job and daily missions:
JOB PURPOSE
We are recruiting a 12 months CDD/STA as Operations & Communication Coordinator.
Within the AXA Research Fund, you will be supporting the operations to create a better user experience on AXA Research Fund website to identify the projects we support. You will also support the operations of communication of the AXA Research Fund.
Reporting to the Operations & Communications managers of the AXA Research Fund, you will create the bridge between operations and communications thanks to your ability to organize project management.
CONTEXT AND MAJOR CHALLENGES
With over 700 projects supported, and an ambition to accelerate connection of science to action and decision making, the AXA RF is facing a challenge to evolve its information system, tools and outputs for a leaner and more impactful communication towards its audiences.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
You will support the AXA Research Fund’s roadmap to improve our operations related to website and digital communication. You’ll manage the project to improve user experience.
Support the creation of an interactive platform to search projects with data visualization on the website by enhancing Website Search Engine Functionality.
- Create and deliver a visualization digital tool: collaborate with the team and the external provider on UX/UI enhancements
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented.
- Coordinate with relevant providers to successfully integrate the tool into the AXA Research Fund website.
- Create the related guidelines of this new tool and build a communication plan to ensure its promotion and adoption by our users.
Support the operations of communication of the AXA Research Fund.
- To reinforce the website roadmap, you will support the evolution of our operations to implement a leaner and more impactful communication towards our audiences.
- You will support the operations, notably the production and promotion of outcome reports, expert content (masterclasses, articles, videos.) and digital communication campaigns
- You will work to further engage our scientific community to adopt the new search engine of the website, to feed us with the content of their research so that we push further our operations of communication with a broader external audience.
- You will support digital campaigns enabled by the new tools and guidelines.
