🎯 The Role
We are looking for an Event Manager – North America to join our Marketing team and drive strategic growth in the region. Your mission is to generate pipeline, elevate brand visibility, and strengthen partnerships by leading impactful regional initiatives. You'll work closely with Sales, Channel, and Global Marketing to deliver programs that fuel Filigran's North American expansion.
💼 Your Responsibilities
Own and execute the event marketing strategy for North America in alignment with Sales and Channel goals
Plan, manage, and execute regional events (trade shows, conferences, webinars), including logistics, promotion, and follow-up
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and associations to increase Filigran’s market presence
Localize content and messaging for specific verticals, buyer personas, and market dynamics
Ensure consistency and alignment between field programs and global campaigns
Measure and report on pipeline contribution, lead generation, and ROI of marketing activities
Manage the North America field marketing budget to optimize impact and resource allocation
🤝 Who You’ll Work With
Reports to the Director of Growth Marketing
Works closely with the Sales and Channel.
No direct reports to start, but potential to grow into a team leadership role
🧬 Profile We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in tech or cybersecurity
Comfortable in a fully remote and async-first environment
Strong project management and execution skills; detail-oriented and organized
Experience with regional event planning, campaign execution, and marketing automation tools
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and partner-facing skills
Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Bonus: Experience working in a high-growth scaleup or global marketing org
