Job Description:
Contract: 12-month temporary contract/CDD
Segment: Royal Canin - International Division
Location: Aimargues, 30 minutes from Montpellier
The International Division is a unique & pivotal unit for future development of Royal Canin/Eukanuba and its mission is to accelerate importers business model.
Previous experience as an executive assistant
Previous experience in event planning or project management
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Good organizational and priority setting skills
Leadership support - 40%
Coordination and organization of physical & virtual team meetings, annual calendar events, the communication tools, support in coordinating agenda in facilitating & minute taking. Particular focus and dedication to S&OP+ flow of data & information sharing (reminders, pre-reads, minutes taking, actions follow up.)
Organize and set-up the travel arrangements and physical team meetings (national and international).
Looking after national & international guests coming to Campus for meeting LT members, organizing their agenda with other campus stakeholders.
Handling purchasing requests for the LT members & ensure smooth and timely invoice processing.
Collecting responsible person signatures (VP, GM) on key documents & archive (distribution agreements, contracts..)
Internal & External Communication - 40%
Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders internal & external communications: (Town Halls, Newsletters…)
IC Power & Engage Associates (Town Halls, Newsletters & Surveys, OGSM, H&W, I&D and Employer Reputation, My Mars & CA Alerts), EC Build & Protect Corporate Reputation (CMT coordination, PR & Media Monitoring, Campus Tour, LinkedIn)
Event Coordination - 20%
Coordinate the physical events (Importers seminar, Vet Symposium, CA Team meeting, Kick Offs…), support In cost coordination within the meeting budget, coordinate with the relevant stakeholders agenda, speakers, workshops, communication tools, IT support, logistics all with a strong ROI and customer centricity. Customer satisfaction mindset.
