Put your project management, coding, development and software architecture skills to use in a fast-paced, innovative, and fun environment while working remotely! Flow Motion’s suite of companies is in search of a solutions architect with full-stack expertise, extensive experience with project management and a voracious appetite for future tech including AI and RPA, to help us build a team of coders and developers tackling challenging tasks for our expanding roster of clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the CEO and key stakeholders to provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the suite of companies, all while enjoying our fun, supportive, and collaborative team culture.

  2. Dream up, design and direct project architecture across various platforms and domains using cutting-edge technologies like .NET 6, SQL Server, VueJS, Azure, Google Big Query, Google Data Studio, Twilio, and more. We love creative solutions to complex challenges! We have developed two separate CRMs that API into numerous SaaS products…you’ll have ample opportunity to not just iterate but create entire new applications. 

  3. Analyze business needs for Flow Motion, Communication Logic and InfoPact Analytics, and provide guidance on optimizing existing processes, solving problems, and tracking results across the D2C, retail, and banking industries. Here’s where your love for data will be rewarded!

  4. Manage and mentor a team of developers, including hiring and performance management, fostering a positive and engaging work environment. Already have a group of talented individuals you’ve relied on in the past? Great, we’d like to meet them too!

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software engineering, computer science, information technology, electrical engineering or a related field.

  2. 5+ years of experience in software architecture, .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server.

  3. Expertise in back-end technologies such as .NET 6, SQL Server, and Entity Framework, and front-end technologies such as VueJS and Bootstrap.

  4. Proficiency in undefined tools like Azure and GitHub Actions.

  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-driven attitude and the ability to provide leadership and guidance to coworkers and clients.

  6. Experience with the software development lifecycle and building/maintaining software systems.

  7. Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and APIs, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

  8. Well-organized and able to set and meet timelines.

  9. Home office with a quiet work environment and reliable high-speed internet, located within the contiguous 48 states.

  10. Criminal background and personal reference checks and skills assessments will be conducted. 

Compensation and Benefits:

  1. Full-time, W-4 based salaried position with a salary range of $125,000 to $140,000 per year, plus a lucrative bonus plan, including profit-sharing. Open to negotiation if you’d prefer a 1099-status. 

  2. Health insurance is available and a 401(K) retirement plan is provided.
