ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Be accountable for business information communications internally and externally.
  • Be the editor in chief for all business information messaging; making sure it is clear, compelling and consistent across all communications touch points across the customer journey driving communications excellence.
  • Be the guardian of the iCON website front end content, working closely with Product Marketing to make sure that our solution and services are communicated and positioned in a compelling way. Co-ordinate content updates as a result of new releases and products.
  • Work with Group Comms and BI Marketing Managers in the regions, to roll out consistent business information messaging across corporate website and product platforms to deliver a consistent customer experience whilst allowing for some adaptation to local propositions.
  • Work closely with the Head of HR for Business Information to develop an employer brand that allows us to attract and retain talent.
  • Work closely with the Business Information Leadership Team to develop and foster a forward thinking, entrepreneurial, high-performance culture that supports our business ambitions.
  • Develop and execute an Internal Comms plan that supports the delivery of our business goals, engages our colleagues and has a positive impact on our My Voice employee advocacy scores and our business results.
  • Be responsible for our Knowledge Exchange platform so our teams have access to the latest sales enablement and content they need to do their jobs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing colleagues to measure the end-to-end performance of the iCON website, continuously making content improvements to maximize site performance.
  • Develop and implement business information content plan, making sure we publish content to the iCON website and local country websites that supports our lead generation, customer activation and consumption goals.
  • Be responsible for the gathering of customer case studies and testimonials, so that this content can support at different stages of the customer journey. Use this content to build internal sales and use case capability.
  • Collaborate with our training colleagues in HR and BI Marketing colleagues to deliver internal training to our teams.
