  • Help our QA team to grow and teach them the automation basics. Work on assigning tasks, monitoring and evaluating the reports.
  • Define a strong testing strategy and QA vision. (with the VP Engineer, Senior tech team, and the product).
  • Coach our developers to make them strong contributors of our quality strategy (guidelines, E2E tooling training).
  • Focus on preventing quality issues instead of product defects.

  • Show leadership by managing your team (1:1, career paths, animate postmortem, recruitments) and the relationship with others tech leaders and support decision-making efforts.
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
  • Establish QA processes and procedures and oversee the testing of the product service. → example = Seeks to continuously improve test processes (Root Cause Analysis, Correction and Preventions)
  • Test Management – Ensure effective and efficient application of test processes and tools using techniques such as White box, Grey Box, Black box, Test-to-Pass, Test-to-Fail and automation
  • Bridge between the CS, Sales, QA, Product, and the eng team.
  • Create relevant scenarios and automatize them based on your test strategy: integration, API Test and E2E Tests. Be the owner of our E2E framework (Playwright).

  • Solid software engineering background.
  • Experience with continuous testing CI/CD pipelines.
  • You see quality as a culture that all contributors should be involved in.
  • You are comfortable in coaching others.
  • You have hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
  • You are familiar using Docker as development environment.
  • Experience with non-functional testing, like performance and/or security testing, is a plus.
  • Great oral and written communication in English.
  • Knowledge of JS or TS.

  • Working experience in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
  • Previous experience in handling code for on premise solutions.
  • Have experienced strong team growth in a previous company.
