Ready to join us on this adventure? ;)Let's talk about your future responsibilities!To develop the visibility and reputation of Basile by HelloWork, you will support Clarisse, our Marketing Manager, with various tasks:✅ Editorial content creation: Write high-quality, SEO-optimized content (articles, opinion pieces, white papers, newsletters, back-links, etc.).✅ Audiovisual, print, and digital content creation: Assist in the design of graphics and layouts, produce videos for social media and the website. Provide occasional support in creating communication materials: brochures, banners, flyers…✅ Prospecting: Handle email campaigns - manage the newsletter schedule, create prospecting sequences, track performance.✅ Community management: Participate in social media strategy, suggest content, manage the editorial calendar, post updates, monitor and moderate.✅ Events: Prepare, organize, plan, manage, and promote internal and external events in digital, physical, or hybrid formats (meetings, conferences, trade shows, webinars, seminars, press briefings…), liaising with various providers.✅ Internal communication: Organize internal events and animate Basile's daily life.✅ Vendor management: Brief and monitor the copywriter, videographer, and our event service providers.✅ Monitoring and reporting: Media monitoring, track website KPIs and our digital campaign performances. Consolidate annual reporting based on defined objectives.
