As part of our growth, we are looking for our future Marketing Director to accelerate our expansion and help us build a performing and capital efficient marketing practice. You’ll refer directly to our Chief Revenue Officer and you’ll manage a team of 6 marketers & strongly collaborate with designers, product & content managers.
Responsibilities :
Manage and coach a team of 6 talented marketers.Develop a marketing strategy including objectives, annual marketing budget to meet SQL targets for the sales team.Track the performance of different initiatives through adequate reporting to ensure continuous ROI optimization of Didomi marketing investments.Lead global competitive research to identify new market opportunities.Strategize and collaborate with sales and product management to deliver impactful go-to-market strategies. Shape the marketing events roadmap according to company objectives. Contribute to a very high level of customer satisfaction through smart communication initiatives and generate business opportunities through our client advocacy and community.Collaborate with content, design and partnership teams to prioritize communication efforts. Collaborate with the growth and sales-ops teams to optimize our lead- and demand-generation return on investment.Coordinate training & content for Sales , CS & marketing teams to ensure a high level of product understanding. Strong leadership & motivational skills.A successful track record in senior marketing roles in B2B SaaS scale-ups.Familiarity with essential digital marketing tools & technologies.A minimum of 7 Years experience.An eye for innovation and the willingness to take initiatives. Strong knowledge in using data software such as CRM, Data Studio… is a must. Fluency in both English & French.Marketing MBA or equivalent is requiredRecruitment process:
