Assisting in the launch, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns; Monitoring, analyzing and reporting the effectiveness of campaigns and channels; Collaborating with product teams to define KPIs for advertising campaigns; Coordinating the work of the team; Formulating and testing hypotheses and analyzing results; Managing and allocating the user acquisition budget, experimenting with new channels. What kind of professional are we looking for? Minimum 3 years of experience in gamedev, particularly in promoting games through platforms like Applovin, Unity, ironSource, Mintegral, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, ASA; Knowledge and understanding of calculating mobile metrics: CPA, LTV, ROAS, CVR, Retention, etc; Understanding of how ad network auctions work; Experience with ROAS campaigns; Experience in budget management, reporting on results, and forecasting future business impact; Conducting A/B tests for advertising campaigns; Strong communication skills.
