What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Crafting creative visual assets, specializing in static and motion design for performance marketing ads, and extending expertise to other growth channels (affiliate, partnerships, app store optimization, etc.). 
  • Conceptualizing and developing content for complex social campaigns. 
  • Collaborating with product, marketing, and internal teams to deliver optimal visuals for projects. 
  • Curating design references, and creating mood boards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics to convey ideas to stakeholders. 
  • Taking ownership of projects, from concept to completion. 
  • Managing multiple project deadlines. 
  • Engaging with the strategic dimension of our work. 

 

What You'll need: 

  • 3+ years of experience as a visual, brand, and/or motion designer. 
  • Strong portfolio with real examples of both static and animated ads. 
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, creating creatives for digital paid ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Unity and Google App Campaigns. 
  • Experience creating UI animation for marketing creatives.  
  • Ability to work with 3D assets, either created by illustrators or composed independently. 
  • Strong conceptual thinking and communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud apps, especially After Effects. 
  • Experience in creating templates and devising scalable design solutions. 

 

Nice to Have: 

  • Familiarity with 3D and animation, preferably using Cinema 4D. 
  • Experience with Figma as a prototyping tool.
