If this sounds like you, join us!THE ROLEAs a Product Data Analyst in the Data team, you will report to the CTO and team up with the Product team to put data at the heart of Inato's product success. As part of a new team, alongside our Lead Data Analyst, you will be running discovery analysis, defining the measures of success and tracking needs for new features, and ensuring that our product decisions are based on statistically robust insights.You will have an impact on the whole data value chain: collection, ingestion, transformation, and visualization.Our stack includes Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio, Retool, dbt, Segment, MixPanel, and more.Concrete projects you could be working on:- Crunch data to unravel improvement opportunities in our clinical trial recommendation engine- Measure the impact of a new feature designed to reduce the burden for sites when applying to a clinical trial- Improve our tracking plan and product analytics toolingSalary range: 60 - 75k€, depending on experience.💊 ResponsibilitiesSupport product initiatives with discovery analysisDesign, implement and maintain product usage trackingChoose methodologies and statistical tools to measure the performance of new featuresIdentify and leverage improvement opportunities in data collection, transformation, and exposition💊 RequirementsYou can communicate clearly in both written and oral form in EnglishYou are comfortable working in a remote-first environmentYou have a product mindset: you discover the problems behind expressed customer needs and build solutions using short iterations and feedbackYou have experience with performance measurement (eg, new product features, marketing campaigns) or customer behavior analysisYou are proficient with a data visualization tool (eg. Data Studio, Tableau, Looker...)You are proficient with a product analytics tool (eg.
