Project Manager

Oh, hey, our new Project Manager! We are looking for you. We need a dedicated operational whizz to make sure that the good stuff keeps coming together on-time, on-budget, on-brief, on-brand. On-totes.

You are a disciplined, process-driven problem solver. Someone able to maintain strong stakeholder relations, find the why in the messiest of briefs, delegate to a team of ambitious creatives and see projects through to successful completion.

But it’s not all about the deliverables. As a Project Manager in our Creative Team, you are a people person. You want the team to deliver their best work, making sure the team shines.

In this role, you will…

• Lead a collective mix of different projects across marketing and brand
• Play a leading role in ensuring that cross-team collaborations are seamless, stakeholders are aligned, and projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage projects in a multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring all parties are aligned and working towards a common goal
• Have a strong understanding of marketing strategies, and be able to apply that knowledge to project management
• Work with external agencies and vendors, to ensure projects run smoothly
• Use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies
• Manage project risks, identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, and ensure that projects are delivered with excellence

What you will bring…

• 3-5 years of experience in creative project management, with a focus on marketing
• Strong creative intuition, with a deep understanding of advertising, design, and marketing trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with project management tools such as Airtables, Asana, and Notion.
