You will…

  • O versee everything connected to Brand engagement ( Social Media , Advocacy & Influence, PR & Events) as well as Brand reputation (corporate relations, crisis management).
  • R eport directly to the Global Brand President and is part of the Global Brand Management Committee.
  • Manage a team of 7, plus the external agencies.


  • Play a central role within the brand, implying to collaborate with the 360° team of the brand (marketing, content, omnichannel development), our strategic partner countries, and the L’Oréal Group corporate communication teams.
  • Be exposed to the Global Division President and Management Committee, and to the L’Oréal Group top Management ( e.g. CEO, Corporate Communication, CDMO…).
  • P rotect the reputation of the Brand and the L’Oréal Group
  • D evelop the global visibility and engagement of the brand among its communities and across touchpoints (internal & external), reflecting its sense of purpose .
  • Develop the Global/Local social media presence of the brand, becoming a destination and driving best-in-class community management for our audiences. B rand in #followers and engagement.
  • Define the Global/Local Advocacy vision and strategy relevant to our brand equity - Amplify the brand launches/pillars, with particular attention to TikTok - Accelerate our Advocacy presence to elevate our communities online - in collaboration with the Education team. - Be the #1 brand in share of influence .
  • Keep boosting our visibility through our Global Brand Events - Develop a clear vision of Global/Local Brand Events, see how we can push our Event model further to generate more direct conversion. - Keep building a strong internal visibility of our Brand.
  • Manage and develop his/her team, optimize the team organization and working processes. - Be a strong contributor to the Brand Management Committee, with high collaborative spirit.
  • Manage the Global Brand Engagement budget.


You have…

  • Management Comittee level (10+ year experience)
  • Strategic vision, finesse in Brand image, strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Solid experience in Social Media , Advocacy&Influence . Experience in PR/Events a plus.
  • Solid experience team management , strong collaborative skills, good communicant.
  • Strong judgement. Crisis management skills, a plus.


  • Curious about tech & luxury. Innovative, result-driven, thinks out of the box.
  • Fluent in English
