We are on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to help us bring NFTs to the next billion people. You’ll have a passion for Ethereum NFTs and the vision to explore uncharted territories in the NFT/blockchain space. This is a real chance to become a thought leader with the support of an amazing cross functional team.

This is a U.S. based position.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the planning and execution of creator-focused expansion initiatives
- Owning end-to-end cross functional sales process for deals: Sourcing, negotiating, nurturing and executing on B2B transactions
- Developing and leveraging relationships with creators, ecosystem stakeholders, and partners to distribute, test, and improve Magic Eden’s existing and future product suite
- Running experimental expansion campaigns and own projects, designing programs to grow creator activity, and developing KPIs to track success of efforts

What you bring:

  • Deep knowledge of Ethereum ecosystem, DApps, and products
  • Relationships with top NFT creators in the space and active involvement in the community
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, operations roles in or corporate settings, but preferably in web3
  • Tenacity, energy, and ambition to help new define B2B initiatives in web3

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The base salary range for this role is $120K - $180K. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Magic Eden’s equity plan. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
