The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. Within the Group, you will join the Global Communication, Brand & Sustainability Direction, that designs and rolls out AXA’s global strategy for Sustainability, Brand, Media, Communications and Press Relations, in line with AXA ‘s purpose : acting for human progress by protecting what matters.
Within the Sustainability Department, you will be part of the AXA Research Fund (AXA RF) Team.
The Fund is AXA’s global philanthropy initiative dedicated to supporting innovative, scientific research on key global risks, and disseminating outcomes to inform private and public decision making. With over €M250 commitment since its launch in 2007, it has supported over 720 projects led by scientists of 60 nationalities, in over 340 leading academic institutions. Your job and daily missions:
JOB PURPOSE
We are offering a CDD/STA opportunity as Communications Manager for the AXA Research Fund (AXA RF).
Within the AXA Research Fund, you will lead and deliver the AXA Research Fund communication & scientific promotion roadmap in full alignment with the Group global Communication strategy.
You will be managing strategic communication projects:
- to value our philanthropy & our Researchers in climate, health & socio economics.
- to produce & disseminate the outcomes of researches as scientific promotion
- to promote our pledge for Science and boost our thought leadership initiative
- to support the team in animating our network of Alumni Researchers & connecting to entities
Reporting to the Head of the AXA Research Fund, you will be working in close link with the team and the members of the department and the entities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
You will support the AXA Research Fund’s roadmap in communications related to strategic project partnerships, high impact research valorization, pledge for science, thought leadership campaign and pragmatic connections to entities.
Strategic Projects Communications
You will roll out and implement high impact communications plans related to AXA Research Fund strategic partnerships. This will require stakeholders’ management, both internal and external, and will involve the coordination of editorial, digital content, and event management.
Research Valorization: you will coordinate the production and dissemination of central research outputs such as masterclasses videos, strategic partnership outputs and media campaigns, with the objective to increase the awareness of AXA RF and its impact and contribution to the society and AXA.
Advocacy and Thought leadership: You will contribute to the roll out of a global advocacy campaign in close relation with the stakeholders of Group brand, media, press relations and comms. You will ensure increased sponsorship of the Fund in leaders voices.
Alumni Researchers & AXA entities You will map out convergence of interest between researchers and AXA entities (top 4 priority entities) to create match-making events or discussions to inform decision-makers (ie a researcher presenting to an entity Excom)
