ENTER THE GAME 

To support Betclic's growth, we are looking for an Operational Senior Analyst to join our Performance team in the Safer Gaming department. 

Since its creation, the Safer Gaming department (https://www.betclic.fr/responsiblegaming) has aimed to provide a protective framework for players to safeguard minors and players who may have a problem with gambling. 

The Performance team's mission is to bring customer protection to the next level, by identifying and working on ways to improve the way we work; either through continuous improvement and small iterations, or through radical, innovative changes!  

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 

In this context, your missions are as follows: 

1) Quality analysis 

• Perform quality assessments of our daily operations 

• Liaise with the operations teams to correct issues spotted during quality checks 

• Report quality assessment outputs, illustrating key performance metrics, to management 

2) Safer Gaming Expertise 

• Master all aspects of operational processes and workflows 

• Become the company reference point for all Safer Gaming issues 

• Benchmark best market practice in terms of customer protection 

3) Long-term strategy 

• Contribute to defining our long-term performance targets 

• Contribute to operational performance improvement through targeted recommendations, in collaboration with the training team 

• Translate long-term targets into actionable, short to mid-term plans  

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

We're looking for colleagues with a good sense of humor, respect, and kindness, a love for sport, a bit of zeal, and a real passion for their profession! 

This job is for you if you have: 

• a Master's degree from a top-tier engineering school, business school or university 

• at least one proven successful work experience on a relevant position (consulting, banking, data analysis, etc.) 

• strong analytical skills that you leverage to inform decision-making and strategy formulation 

• a strong interest in Safer Gaming 

• problem-solver with an obsession for quality and detail  

• strong verbal and written communication skills 

• strong customer focus in ever-changing situations with a results orientation 

• an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, Operations and data. 

• an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and with resilience 

• Full fluency in English and French 

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 

• If your application is selected, Elodie will contact you within 2 weeks to conduct an HR prequalification interview (30 minutes)

• You will be asked to complete the AssessFirst Test, which evaluates your personality, motivations, and reasoning abilities

• You will have an interview with Antoine, the Performance manager and your potential future manager 

• You will then have an interview with Nicolas, the Strategic program Director 

• Elodie will conduct a final HR interview where you will also discuss the results of your AssessFirst Test. 

To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 4 to 8 weeks
