Electra is constantly innovating to facilitate the recharging of electric vehicles with a network of fast recharging hubs (15 to 30 minutes maximum) and a user experience simplified to the maximum.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Brussels and Milan, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 8,000 charging points by 2030; proud to participate in the energy transition in France and Europe. For cities without noise and pollution!

Your Missions : 💼

Why is this opportunity being created ?
Context : 

Inès, Technical Operation Manager, is looking for her future Intern to help her with the support on sales operations for all countries

Main Challenge :

Make sure that Sales ops are being taken care of while I’ll be mainly focus on ERP. Why is it important ? Sales Ops is a key role to ensure sales have everything they need to be at their best (tool, priorization, leads, etc). 


Main Responsabilities and Tasks 🗺️

  1. Which responsibilities will have the candidate?
    • in charge of Hubspot CRM (processes, workflows, reporting)
    • assist sales team in their daily needs to increase their performance (bugs, data need)
    • help on lead generation for real estate and B2B via scraping / data enriching
  2. Which main tasks does the candidat will do on a daily basis?
    1. CRM & Tools
      • become the one expert on Hubspot : be a preferred contact point for improving existing processes and create new ones
      • ensure data quality in CRM
      • support sales prospection by scraping locations and enriching data
    2. Data
      • Create new KPIs reportings for sales team
      • Handle et upgrade existing dashboards
    3. Onboarding & sales enablement
      • Handle onboarding on new process and tools
      • Ensure documentation is clean and up-to date


Your profile  😎

  • You have some analytical skill : fluent in Excel / Gsheet
  • You have Appetence to develop technical skills (no code and eventually low code)
  • You are Autonomous on different projects
  • You are Curious, eager to learn & Rigorous
  • You are looking for End of study internship, preferably
