Reporting to the Global Corporate Communications Director, you will lead Royal Canin’s internal communications efforts, ensuring our Associates are aligned with our purpose and strategic goals, and support our Global President’s communications to enhance their visibility and impact on Associate engagement.
You hold a Master’s degree in Communication or Business.
You have at least 7 years of communications experience within an agency or corporate setting.
You excel in corporate communication, with a particular strength in internal communications.
You have a proven track record in both internal and external communications, including social media, supporting company leaders.
You are fluent in French and English, which is mandatory for this role.
You possess strong leadership skills, demonstrated through your previous experience in leading teams.
Strategy and Leadership Communications
Strategic Planning: Co-develop the annual strategic plan for Global Internal Communications (IC) and spearhead its execution to engage associates and maintain alignment with our 2030 OGSM/Vision.
Executive Communications: Partner with our Global President to maximise the value of their leadership communications internally and externally, including through LinkedIn.
Collaboration: Partner with Mars and Mars Petcare Internal Communication teams, representing Royal Canin IC in key forums, and deploying Enterprise communications as necessary.
Support and Partnership: Assist the Global Leadership Team (GLT) with leadership communications and collaborate with business and P&O on leadership announcements.
HQ Support: Be an integral part of the HQ Leadership Team (HQLT), addressing internal communication needs at our global headquarters in Aimargues, France.
Change Management
Change Communication: Partner with relevant Change & Communications Leads to ensure Associate engagement during business transformations that support Royal Canin’s growth and vision.
Storytelling and Engagement
Narrative Creation: Develop compelling core narratives and storytelling capabilities with global and local teams to inspire stakeholders and drive action.
Events, Channels, and Assets
Webinars and Events: Design, develop, and deploy engaging webinars for all associates, reinforcing our commitment to delivering Health Through Nutrition. Manage global internal events.
IC Asset Management: Oversee the creation and management of internal communication assets and channels, ensuring effectiveness through measurement and feedback.
Community Strengthening: Enhance local communication community capabilities to ensure alignment with global communication strategies.
Team Management
Leadership: Provide functional management for two communication team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
