AsourGTMEngineer,youllplayacriticalroleinbuildingandscalingasingle,revenue-weighted,AI-enabledGTMoperatingsystemacrossSales,Marketing,andCustomerSuccess.

ThisisnotatraditionalRevOpsorAnalyticsrole.Youareheretobuild,automate,andhardenGTMprocessessostrategyandrevenuerulesoperatereliablyatscale.YoulltranslaterequirementsfromRevenueOpsandGTMleadershipintoworkingsystems,workflows,andautomationthatreducemanualeffortandimproveexecutionquality.

• Integrateproduct,sales,andcustomersignalsintoGTMworkflows
• SupportdeploymentofAI-assistedGTMsignals(e.g.dealrisk,expansionpropensity)
• Ensureworkflowreliability,performance,andscalability
• ReducemanualGTMOpsworkthroughautomationandtooling
• MaintaintechnicaldocumentationforGTMsystemsandworkflows
• PartnercloselywithRevenueOpsandGTMExecutionOpsonimprovements
• CollaboratewithTestGorillaAIStriketeamtoworkwithallGTMfunctionsforAI-first-projects
