For which tasks (responsibilities)?
generation of clients through TOP platforms (Searching for new leads on Upwork, Linkedin, and other channels)
quick response and sending of proposals for request published
writing outgoing/incoming messages
first communication with potential clients (presentation of services)
conducting communication and fixing agreements regarding calls and meetings with clients.
converting potential customers into calls and meetings with Sales Managers
close cooperation with BizDev and Sales Team.
keeping statistics and reporting for each lead.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
commercial experience (outsourcing and outstaffing) in the role of Lead Generation Manager
experience with CRM (preferably Pipedrive, NetHunt)
understanding the principles of the LinkedIn website
knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques of sales and generation of potential customers
understanding of software development processes
confident command of written English (from B1 and above)
knowledge of business correspondence, excellent communication and presentation skills
ability to communicate with foreign clients
ability to write quickly.
