Online store manager (Senior)/Platform Manager

Description

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Supervise the store's operations and promptly address any arising issues;

  • Communicate with partners providing payment services, plan, and organize the joint promotions;

  • Seek new payment methods in key project countries and negotiate contracts;

  • Collaborate with IT technicians to integrate payment systems;

  • Assign tasks for content addition, store design, and usability improvements;

  • Analyze sales, explore store development opportunities, and plan discounts and promotions;

  • Work with offline partners to provide and supervise the distribution of game bonuses as part of marketing campaigns.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce;

  • Experience with digital distribution services (e.g., Steam, PSN);

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Fluent English;

  • Basic knowledge of HTML;

  • A passion for computer games.
