The Role:

[For the sake of brevity in this posting, we use ‘consulting firms’ as an umbrella term to cover strategy and operations consulting firms as well as systems integrators]

Recognizing that many of these customers trust global consulting firms for their deep expertise in orchestrating large-scale strategy, operations, and digital transformations, we actively collaborate with the world’s leading consultancies. These strategic partnerships ensure the seamless integration of Cohere's cutting-edge AI platform into enterprise operations, resulting in the delivery of exceptional business outcomes.

Please note: To qualify for this role, you must have a deep understanding of how global consulting firms operate. Work experience as a manager or higher with a global strategy/operations consulting firm is highly preferred. 

In this role, you will develop, manage, and be accountable for our success with two or more strategic partnerships. You will own end-to-end responsibilities including, but not limited to, the partnership business plan, strategic and financial business outcomes, joint business development, technical integrations, joint marketing campaigns, co-sell, alliance agreements, and relationships management at all levels across Cohere and the partner organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the partner relationship and outcomes.The buck stops with you. 

Balance creativity and disciplined execution to set ambitious goals and then exceed them. 

Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy and business plan. Identify key growth areas, market opportunities, and co-innovation initiatives. 

Define and drive sprints (initiatives) to get wins on the board at a regular cadence.

Demonstrate a deep appreciation of the organizational and operational complexity of global consulting firms, decision drivers and influencers, partnership frameworks, GTM motions, and collaboration models. Leverage this knowledge to accelerate our joint initiatives.

Take a hands-on approach to drive the execution of alliance activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of joint projects. This will include tight coordination with Marketing, Product, Solution Architects, Engineering, and Sales.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the success and impact of the alliance. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize outcomes.
