We are looking for a Product Manager who will be accountable for driving the growth and satisfaction of our diverse clinical research site network. This person will be responsible for defining the product vision, mission and objectives. The goal is to release features that impact the enrollment of more diverse patients in the clinical trials on our platform.

This role will report into the Director of Product Management focused on the overall growth and satisfaction of our sites. Our broader mission is to “flip the model” for sites. This means that Inato puts research sites in the driver's seat to find and get selected for the right trials for them at the right time. As opposed to today, where community research sites have to apply to dozens of clinical research trials in the hopes of being selected to one.

Our product is divided into 3 major scopes:

- Flip the model for sites ⇒ where you will sit. By flipping the model, sites can easily get access to the right trials for them & their patients. Data is reused to improve matching and reduce burden

- Data driven enrollment: Inato leverages data cross trials to reliably recommend high-performing sites at scale. The more sites & sponsors on Inato, the better the matching.

- Sponsors confidently select Inato sites: Sponsors can confidently plan enrollment in the community & select the right sites for the right trials across their entire portfolio.


- Define how we engage with and attract clinical research sites with access to diverse patients on our platform and help them to showcase their assets to Sponsors

- Curate the end to end experience for clinical research sites with access to diverse sites on our platform

- Unlock a key goal for Sponsors to identify and enroll diverse patients into their trials and ultimately increase the diversity in clinical trials overall


- Increase revenue derived from our Inclusive Research program

- Increase the number in the sites on the platform that are qualified as having access to diverse patients

- Increase engagement from sites on the platform that are qualified as having access to diverse patients


- 2+ years of Product Management experience, including working on user-facing products

- Passion for health equity and diversity and inclusion

- Proven ability to think big and small to build incremental features and prototypes in service of a larger vision

- Comfortable with an ambiguous problem solving, where there is no right or wrong answer right away.

- Curious and quick learner

- Deep understanding of modern product discovery and delivery

- Clear thinking and strong communication

- Proven cross-collaboration skills and the ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
