Descriptif du poste
- Represent the L-Acoustics brand, values, and corporate culture across the UK and Ireland
- Travel extensively within the territory to drive the rental-focused sales, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and pursue qualified new prospects
- Be accountable for achieving company sales objectives in the region, with a strong focus on the touring and rental market
- Assess distributor and rental partner performance against market potential and implement action plans to close gaps versus targets
- Actively prospect new end users, rental companies, production companies, and touring venues within the territory
- Organize and deliver small-scale product demonstrations and regional marketing events aligned with touring applications
- Contribute to the annual budget preparation for end users and customers outside the Certified Provider network
- Maintain accurate prospecting lists and customer data in the CRM system and support channel partners throughout the full sales cycle
- Participate in key touring and live event projects, working closely with local partners to secure and close deals
- Actively contribute to internal sales meetings by sharing market insights and best practices
- Provide regular and structured reporting to management, including customer visits, weekly activity updates, and regional market status
- Collect and transmit sales orders on behalf of L-Acoustics and manage backlog orders
- Deliver timely and accurate sales quotations to customers and prospects
- Support the company’s evolving commercial growth strategy in the touring market
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Coordination, Business Development, Application Project, Marketing, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and Application Engineering teams to deliver the best possible customer experience
- Build strong internal relationships and foster peer collaboration across teams
