Senior Product Manager

Based within the R&D department and the cloud product team, the product manager will be in charge of our mobile solution portfolio and will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the solution in order to improve the users/customer’s experience.

Within the product management cloud team, you’ll have the following missions: 

• Define product strategy:
  • Build product strategy and business model per region in accordance with Sales teams: business plan, pricing etc.
  • Find new partners for the project
  • Define roadmap of the product line
• Build product :
  • Understand and challenge customer needs through customers feedbacks, sales team and stakeholders feedbacks.
  • Identify new features based on your knowledge of the users and the market and translate them in specifications
  • Work with development team and designers, and manage the backlog of your product
  • Support local operational team to implement the solution locally
• Organize the go-to-market of the solution for each region in relationship with the marketing team
• Animate the product line portfolio internally and train teams to the solution
• Follow sales KPI with sales team in order to target new customers and plan action plan for growth
